5:15am          The 5 T’S welcomed the Pax to F3 – reminding them of the mission to Plant, Serve and Grow small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.  Any FNG’S? 

TTTTT then covered the 5 core principles of F3.  1) Open to ALL men. 2.  Always Free.  3) Always held outdoors, 4) Lead in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT)

Warm a Rama

Tater Tot had everyone get into a single file line and mosey their way to some very very heavy telephone poles next to the school building that had been staggered. We then in a single file line weaved through these poles three different times and each time we did a new workout/warm up through the poles.

1st time through we shuffled

2nd time we back peddled and ran forward in a weave motion

3rd time through we bear crawled 

At the end of each time we would then sprint to the cone back at the start for one continuous motion.


            The pax were then asked to spread out evenly on the poles. We then did the following workouts on the poles.

20 Derkins

15 Incline Merkins

25 Dips

10 Jump Overs (carefully)

This concluded the Pre-Thang

The Thang

            TTT counted everyone off 1-10. We asked that everyone finds their partner. Ones, two’s, three’s and so on. We had an uneven amount but that made no difference because once we got going the mumble chatter was great amount the pax. We then started our 1 mile journey on the cross country trail towards the ampliphter  we stopped half way and did some tempo merkins 10 and 10 normal merkins. The pax then continued on their way to bridge. TTTTT had two cones set up with two workouts on each cone.

Everyone completed these roughly three times before Omaha was called at 5:45am.

5:50am MARY!

            Lucky Charms led us in some glorious flutter kicks 20IC

            TC-(This HIM is hilarious and put a smile on everyone’s face) led us in 50      American hammers while mumble chattering about how crazy Shrute is, wow that long mosey got a lot of HIMS to know each other a bit more.

Announcements/Prayer Requests: 

Farm launch is this Friday! Come support Ferdinand!

We prayed for Girldad and Chippendales Children as they go through some difficult times.

We also prayed for Swipers father-in-law and many other pax and pax family members who are going through their own battles. 


Tater Tot led the COT with perfection as always. TT shared with everyone that the 5 T’s didn’t pair up just because it’s a lot of T’s (Still sounds cool). The 5T’s paired up because we once were completely strangers and then F3 worked its magic like it has time and time again and happened to share great moments with each other about past and present life during a workout. This is the glue getting to know the HIMS around you.


When was the last time you did something for the first time?

TTT encourage everyone to try something new this next week. It can be something small as a new food or out of the norm. We learn and grow by trying new things. Whether you like the new thing you tried or not you will learn from it and be better from it.


Haggis- This HIM is in his second week going strong! He is putting out great work with the workouts and with getting to know some guys. Accelerating!
