Promptly started at 7 am with a greeting and introduction.  Skittles stated the 5 Core Principles of F3. There was 1 FNG in attendance.

Began immediately with warmarama in the parking lot:

Moseyed from the shovel flags to the soccer field next to the arboretum.  At the soccer field the PAX circled up for the pre-thang.  The pre-thang consisted of a 15 minute power hour.

After the pre-thang the pax moseyed from the soccer field around the football field to the basketball courts for the Thang.

The Thang – KNOCK OUT

Spilt the Pax into 2 groups to play knockout.

While in line doing 20 air squats and 20 sun gods each way.

Once a pax is Knocked out the Pax goes to the side to perform a list of 25 Freddie Mercuries, 25 Box cutter and 5 burpess and run from basketball courts to flag pole you will do while you wait for game to be finished.
