5:30am Zorro welcomed the Pax to F3 reminding them of the Mission to Plant, Serve, and Grow small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.  F3 Core principles were stated 1) Open to All men 2) Always Free 3) Always held outdoors 4) Lead in a rotating fashion, and 5) Ends in a Circle of Trust (COT).  Zorro shared that we are going to meet Mr. Crest, then his sister, brother, cousin, and all his kids because we are running up and down the hill the whole time.

6:05 Mosey over to the hill.

6:06 Run up and down, then up and down, then up and down, and so many more times

6:10 Name-o-rama.

Zorro shared about drawing a line in the sand knowing that when you cross over that you need to be making change in your life. It could be with health, family, work, or any category but think about what the line is that you want to make sure you stay behind to continue to connect with your family or stay on top of your health game.
