Started at 5:30 am and welcomed the Pax and cited the F3 Mission statement, 5 Core Principles and standard disclaimer. There were no FNGs this morning, so we moseyed to UNO’s East campus parking garage for warmarama.

The Thang-
Set up the beatdown in the Campus’s East Parking Garage. Divided the Pax into 4 groups. There were 12 stations for the workout circuit set up on the first and second levels of the parking garage. The 4 groups went to 4 different starting locations to begin the workout. The stations were
Group 1 started at Station 1:
Station 1 – 20 Ranger Merkins
Station 2 – 15 Big Boy Sit ups
Station 3 – 15 IC Mountain Climbers
Shuttle run between stations 3 & 4 – Orange cones set up.
Station 4- 20 Groiners
Station 5- 15 IC Flutter Kicks
Station 6 – 10 IC Alternating Shoulder Taps(Group 2 started at station 6 and went “backwards” through the stations)
Group 3 started at Station 7 on the second level
Station 7 – 20 Werkins
Station 8 –15 WW II Sit Ups
Station 9 – 15 IC Plank Jacks
Shuttle run between stations 9 & 10 – orange cones
Station 10- 15 IC Monkey Humpers
Station 11- 30 Low Dollys
Station 12- 20 Carolina Dry Docks (Group 4 started at station 12 and went “backwards” through the stations)
Groups used the stairs to transfer to each parking level.
