No FNG today
We met for Fitness, fellowship, and faith. Our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. We stated our core principles, free, open to all men, always outdoors, lead in a rotating fashion, and always end in a circle of trust. Gave the not a professional warning, there were no FNGs, and the PAX counted off.
Mosey – PAX moseyed to behind the memorial and circled in the field for Warm – a – Rama.
Warm-A-Rama:
20 side straddle hops

The Thang:
We counted off in pairs.
Two men ran a lap throwing a football back and forth while the rest of the PAX began 3 rounds of exercises.
The first pair rejoined the circle and the next pair took their place. The rest of the PAX did the Thang. After every 3 rounds, rinse and repeat.

Announcements/Prayers: PAX had several announcements such as the new queenservice challenge and several important prayer requests.
Memorial Park is such a beautiful park, and also a beautiful memorial. It commemorates the soldiers and the other service members who fought and died from World War II through Afghanistan and Iraq. If you read any of the long list of names on the Memorial you will see some names you recognize. We try to keep in mind that so many people from so many walks of life gave their lives so that we may live in the greatest country in the world. Try to find time to read the individual names on the different Memorials the next time you are at the park. Think of those people and be thankful for what they gave up and what they gave us.
Thank you!
Hipster (respect, respect)!
