The Thang: Where I Party
• Mosey to golf course par 3. Count off into groups of 4. Two people start at the bottom, does 5 burpees, runs up the hill backward to tap out the other partners. Other partners goes through list as much as possible. Pick up where you left off when you get to the top station. Rinse and repeat until Omaha.
o Carolina Dry Docks x 20
o Air squats x 30
o American Hammers x 15 IC
o Merkins x 20
o Alternating Lunges x 20 IC (10 each leg)
• Pick a new partner. One partner does 5 burpees and then run to relieve partner. Partner is doing the following. Rinse and repeat until Omaha.
o Sun Gods x 10 forward, 10 backward
o Air squats x 30
o LBCs x 15
o Chuck Norris merkins x 20
o Side lunges x 20 IC (10 each leg)
• New partner. Run backward up hill to relieve partner.
o Carolina Dry Docks x 20
o Air squats x 30
o American Hammers x 15 IC
o Merkins x 20
o Alternating Lunges x 20 (10 each leg)
• New partner. Run between groups.
o Sun Gods x 10 forward, 10 backward
o Air squats x 30
o LBCs x 15
