Tappy Taps (x10 I/C)
Big Ones (x10 I/C)
The PAX did a short mosey over to the bathroom shelter. Here they were instructed to find a socially distant space to call their own against the wall. Proceeded to execute 15 Donkey Kicks (rest), followed by 15 Chicken Peckers (rest), followed by Balls to the Wall for a ‘1’ count by each PAX on down the line for two cycles. We then mosied to the soccer field for The Thang.
The PAX partnered up on the soccer field, one partner with the near end group, the other with the far end group. Two exercise lists, one at each end. Near end list had defined repetition, far end had AMRAP. Five cones with glow sticks and exercise lists across the goal line at each end. Near end group exectued first exercise on list (15 burpees), then sprinted to far end, pushed partner, and began first AMRAP exercise on list. Pushed partner sprinted to near end and began first repetition exercise on list. This rotation continued through each list until “Omaha” called at 6:05. Rinsed and repeated as needed (we completed almost two full cycles). Repetition list: 15 burpees, 25 merkins, 30 air squats, 15 bonnie blairs (I/C), 15 diamond merkins. AMRAP list: plank jacks, mountain climbers, monkey humpers, low dollies, LBCs.

Prayers for Wait Time’s family (father-in-law)
Convoy talked about his start with F3 and how it came at a crossroads in his life where he needed something “new” to grab on to. Thanked Roadhouse for introducing him to the group five months ago. Talked about the brotherhood and welcoming aspect of F3 and how the group had completely changed his outlook on life, helping him attack each day with an “F3 start”. Encouraged the PAX to “be the light” for someone else today.
Convoy closed with a prayer.
