Message from the Q:

“Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity…it makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.” – Melody Beattie

Yes, ‘gratitude’ was the overarching theme of today’s’ workout. We all are experiencing some challenges in our lives, in response to the recent spike of numbers with covid. One of the positive things to notice is how we all are accelerating in our lives. Some of us are accelerating at home, in domestic life, and some of us are accelerating in our careers. I would also say WE are accelerating in F3.

We all have a challenge right now because we all are experiencing effects from our world and society. We are mentally and physically exhausted because we all are navigating through the world right now. The fact we are staying on top of things at home, crushing at work, and accelerating at F3, it’s a great reminder to find some time to express gratitude towards another individual.

Everyone needs a dosage of positivity and support. It’s not only the medical staff, it’s not an only restaurant / retail staff, it’s not only educators, it’s everyone. Everyone is experiencing the world right now, so let’s find a moment to say thank you because we all need positivity. You will receive it in return as well. Say thank you. Say thank you and give the reason why you thank them to give it substance.

For example, I would like to thank U-Haul. I met U-Haul while working with him on Shakespeare on the Green, this is why we went to the Shakespeare bowl. U-Haul has been a positive force in my life and it’s great to see him accelerate within F3. And if you worked out next to U-Haul, you experienced how he openly expressed his gratitude. It’s aspiring and reminds me to give gratitude to everything.

So think about how you could express gratitude towards someone. Be kind, spread it. Everyone needs it.
