Welcome to F3 Omaha! I am Hawg and I am your Q for today’s workout at the Wild Kingdom. This mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small men’s groups for the reinvigoration of male community leadership. Five core principles of F3 are: Free, open to all men, always outdoors, peer led in a rotating fashion, and always ends in a Circle of Trust.
I am not a professional so modify as necessary. We are here to fellowship, develop our physical and mental stamina, and have fun. Let’s mosey…

COT: I appreciated all of the mubble chatter during the workout today. Workouts are supposed to suck and this one was no exception. We had a strong group and everyone worked hard. I am nearing my one year anniversary with F3. What started as just as an opportunity to exercise has turned into an accountability and leadership opportunity. I remember that first name-o-rama when I got my nickname. I knew one person in the group, Thomas, and he did not warn me that this was coming. I remember thinking I don’t know these guys so I am not telling them anything about me; not about the Unicorn tattoo, not about all the stupid things I have done that all started with “hey ya’ll watch this”. Why would I give up any information that they could used against me. This turned out to be more than I ever expected. F3 kept me sane through the Covid lockdown with the continued small group workouts. I would not have worked out consistently without the shared suffering through the winter months.
You get from F3 exactly what you put into it and more. I encourage each of you to do better that me and be a full participant in all aspects of F3: fitness, faith, & fellowship. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds in the last year and it would be easy to participate from the sidelines. Don’t do that, be a full participant and become a better person, friend, spouse and leader. ( and I don’t really have a unicorn tattoo)
