-“In quietness and confidence shall be your strength.” Isaiah 30:15

-Courts have recently closed down and the election season has finally come to a close, and like the early spring, I am now getting another dose of “the quiet.” For me, it is easy to get nervous when life slows down. I think about how to fill the hours, nervously checking my phone, scrolling through social media, etc. But these slower, quieter moments are an opportunity to get away from my phone, pay attention to my loved ones, and recenter myself.  Take advantage of the quiet moments in life!
