Mosey: To the East side hill line up, along cones
The Pre-Thang: In social distanced spacing along cones, turn back up the hill when Q says, “ready set hop” Backwards Burnie Hop up the hill to the top. When at top, reverse lunge back down to the cones. Starfish crunches until the six is in.
Repeat, but now forward hop up the hill, then forward lunge down the hill. Starfish crunchesuntil six is in.
Again, if time permits:

Everything will be in counts of 20:
Do the 20 reps of the exercise, run up the hill do 10 burpees at top, run back down, do next exercise. Repeat with each exercise until Omaha is called.

This verse keeps coming to me this week, it’s about Jesus calling his disciples. Among this group of leaders there is a zealot and a tax collector, a guy who talks without thinking, a greedy power hungry dude, a set of brothers who would start an argument about who is the best and a guy who didn’t believe what he was told and had to have proof that Jesus was risen.
There was a ton of potential in this group; potential to fall apart, potential to unite, potential to do incredible things.
Despite their differences and reasons to fall apart, in fight and point out wrongs in the group they came together. We have recorded simple disagreements yes, but the majority of the recorded testimony is then listening. Listening to one another, listening to others, and listening to the one in charge of their group.
Did Jesus make a meaningful and lasting impact in their lives in a short time, yes. But when these 12 men came together and untied under a common cause a movement was started. That movement continues today 2000+ years later. It has out lasted many political systems and empires. It has outlasted the shortcomings of the men who have led it through the years.
Unity in a cause despite differences in opinion can Keep America Great. This was the most important election in our lives, but today is the most important day of our lives. Choose unity, choose love, choose grace and we can continue this movement called America for years to come.
