COFFEETERIA. Grillz and Stella are developing a plan for Coffeeteria in November. Seeking an alternative to Starbucks’ outdoor option during the cold weather months. Stay tuned.
BOOK DISCUSSION. Grillz will lead a book discussion at Coffeeteria beginning the first week of November.
QUEEN SERVICE. There is still time to sign up for the second round of Queen Service. If you have questions, reach out to TC.
AWARENESS OF F3 PRESENCE. No Doze reminded the PAX to be aware of how we behave anytime we are at a workout, wearing F3 Gear or driving our cars with F3 bumper stickers. More and more, the community is becoming aware of our organization and it is important to remember what we represent. There was a recent situation at Aldrich Elementary in which a teacher reported behavior that did not represent being a HIM or the F3 Values. We always strive to be respectful guests at our AOs and continue to build trust in the community.

Wait Time’s M and In-laws. Wait Time asked for prayers for his M and in-laws. Both his mother-in-law and father-in-law are fighting cancer. His mother-in-law is undergoing radiation for lung cancer. His father-in-law is suffering from bone cancer. Especially challenging times for his M.
Wentworth. Prayers for health.

YHC asked for some understanding around my message, which represents my Christian faith. Recently, I have been studying John 15, in which Jesus speaks of the Fruit of the Vine. This passage has resonated with me during these challenging times of polarization, the pandemic, political divides and civil unrest. Now, more than ever we need connection to something bigger than self – whether it is a god you worship or the fellowship of high impact men.

The passage in John 15 was shared with the PAX. ….No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned.

In today’s challenging times, I believe it is important that we remain connected in the vine. Apart from the fine, we are merely a stick that drys up and rots. As we transition into winter, it will become easier to become isolated and disconnected. Do not underestimate the importance of your connection to a higher power and other high impact men. That connection will bear more fruit in your life and in your leadership.

It is an honor to lead such a group of high impact men. We closed in prayer.

Grace & Peace,

Wait Time
