Normal mission and purpose statements stated followed by a strong disclaimer; I am not a professional and this is dangerous so modify as necessary. We are here to fellowship, develop our physical and mental stamina, and push each other. Purposefully chose this workout to avoid burpees. Let’s mosey…

Lots of mumble chatter on this workout but most of it was in the head of the site Q. Q panicked when he looked at this watch after round one and was ready to call Omaha but watch indicated that it was only 7:20am. This was the first “oh shit” moment. Maybe I had bitten off more that I could chew. I kept hearing the words “If you can’t Q it, don’t do it”. I decided the best action was to fake it until you make it. The PAX kept pushing as we performed this utterly stupid routine over and over. Seeing the Oracle while standing on my hands certainly gave me a different perspective. The PAX soldiered through the workout and we all survived. Great work men!

COT:
“A good objective of leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well to do even better.” -Jim Rohn
F3 is all about serving small men’s groups to develop leadership. The goal should be to find men where they are and help them develop into a stronger leader. We all came to F3 with different levels of fitness, different life goals, and different expectations for what we expected to get out of F3. Don’t approach F3 with what they can do for you but approach it looking for what you can do to support the HIM of F3. Our group has gotten pretty big so there will always be people at different places in their life journey and the struggles that come with living life. Always look for ways to better you fellow HIMs and leave them in a better place.
