• The Plague shared thoughts from the book “Elevate” by Robert Glazer.
o “Becoming a leader is synonymous with becoming yourself. It’s precisely that simple, and it’s also that difficult.” —Warren Bennis
o It’s hard to explain what it feels like when you have both clarity and permission to be who you are and who you have likely always been.
o Developing your spiritual capacity is essential to creating alignment between what you want most and your daily actions, something most of us struggle with repeatedly. Without that alignment, you may be running really hard in the wrong direction or obtain the appearance of success that feels inauthentic or unfulfilling.
o Think about times in your life when you have done well and times when you’ve struggled. What did those situations have in common? Write a few down, and circle the words/concepts that overlapped.
