5:30 estimated 29 PAX met at shovel flag on a steamy morning. Swinger introduced himself thanking those that made it to the gloom.

This repeated for : high knees, bear crawl, crawl bear, karaoke, walking rockets (toe touches).

Pre-Thang

Field Goal for Burpees 1s on offense and instructed to give best 5 field goal kickers from the extra point yardage. Team 2s gathered behind goal post to shag. A field goal made was 5 burpees for opposing however if caught 5 for kicking team as well. IF missed and caught 10 for kicking team, if missed and bobbled 10 for defense team (2s) and 5 for kicking (1s). cherry pickers were performed by team 2 in between kicks. After 5 kicks teams switched sides. Less than half of field goals were made, many burpees performed and lots of jeering. 5:45am

Thang:

1s lined up on the 40yard line and jogged 10 yards to the 30yard line and all out sprint to endzone. The 2s followed. In the endzone 20 merkins together were performed. Goaline to 10 yard line jog and sprint to 40 yard line 1s then 2s and together 20 LBC on the up. Back and forth we went liked a well oiled machine. With each sprint the amount of reps lessend by 2. 10 sprints total with well timed rest periods to breath and reduce heart rate. Swinger trying to yo-yo the heart rate to better burn off the COVID-15#. the PAX were grateful as the sweat flowed. (You should be glad>Goodpeople)

5:58 PAX made there way to east side bleachers. PAX paired with partners made at Warm o rama. 2 man grinder- one man took to the stairs and back, the partner performed one exercise only. Round and Round we went.

Rinse Repeat 2 well timed “breathers” taken to again yo-yo heart rate. (Waker>Climb to safety)

A lyric from Climb to Safety “let me be you ladder honey child.. climb to safety” Ladder in my mind linked to firefighters (HEROS) sometimes that ladder is the HERO, a hero cannot be without the support of others, those that hold the ladder are vital and usually not as recognized. I did mention BATman would not be without Alfred (just came to me and I went with it). So as HIM serving his community maybe HIM hold the ladder for others to succeed and become a hero (a great feeling). We can be the ladder so others can climb to safety. 6:16 SYITG
