Hey! No More than 10!
This title has absolutely nothing to do with the workout for Friday at The Woodshed. We are going to keep this one very simple for all of you, like me, that don’t like complicated. Have fun and enjoy your weekend.

Temperature: 54 degrees with clear skies
Pax: 22 total Pax broken up into three groups (CDC and local regulation compliance of 10 or less with proper physical distancing). A special thank you to Plague and Polaroid for stepping up and leading the other two groups. These three Name O Rama’s will be posted separately to both Twitter and “First F” via the Slack Channel.
Pax were welcomed by Honeybadger and reminded of safety measures and to modify if necessary (both for pandemic purposes and physical necessity during the workout). I forgot to verbalize the mission of F3 (and realizing that now that I am writing this, but hey, we’re all a bit rusty at Q’ing) and noted the five core principals. There were no FNG’s to welcome today.

I used to enjoy playing the basketball game “Tip 21” as a kid. We would play in our driveway where I would demolish Honey Stinger! He’ll never admit it. The Thang doesn’t have much to do with that basketball game, but does have 21 in the title.
Pax moseyed to their areas to begin the Thang “21”’ starting at point one doing 20 reps of Air Squats, run 50 yards to do 1 Merkin. Run back 50 yards to do 19 air squats-2 Merkins and then 18 Air Squats-3 Merkins…I hope you get the point. Omaha was called around 0603 to mosey back for Mary.
20 Flutter Kicks IC
20 Freddy’s IC
20 LBC IC
American Hammers 21 IC
Praying for all PAX that cannot make it out to be with us in the gloom.
Prayers for current state of marriages and other relationships; challenges these times can create
I am thinking you for the honor and privilege to be a leader for this AO. Remember that physical distancing is important, but social distancing can be dangerous from a spiritual and emotional level. Thanks for the opportunity to be a part of this connection this morning. AYE!
