Mission Statement and Principles of F3:

Slow Pitch had the F3 mission statement and botched the core principles, stating that we end in a CNT, in which both of his brothers were willing to point out that we now have the “Circle No Trust.” Shout out to Bubbles and Tater Tot, for their loving ability to derail their older brother (typically no assistance needed in this arena, as Slow Pitch is skilled in driving his car into the ditch and oncoming traffic with no help).

The PAX was instructed to mosey to the Big Cone by the stage.

Mosey: Mosey to SW Corner, by cones

Group 1:    

Round 1: 50 Air Squats together, run big lap and return,

push group 2, 20-Merkins together, crawl bear up hill, bear crawl down, 20 Merkins, crawl bear up (these will make a guy suffer), bear crawl down, repeat and rinse until pushed.

Round 2: 25 Monkey Humpers IC together, run big lap and return, push group 2, 20-Hand Release Merkins together, Bernie’s up the hill (backwards run up), walk down, rinse and repeat until pushed.

Round 3: 5 Failure to launch (count down from 10 into Jump Tuck), run big lap, and return, push group 2. 20-Tempo Merkins together, sprint up hill, rinse and repeat.

Round 4: 25 Sumo Squats, run lap, return, push group.

Group 2:   

Round 1: 20 Merkins, crawl bear up hill, bear crawl down, 20-Merkins, crawl bear up, bear crawl down, repeat and rinse until pushed, then 50 Air Squats together, run big lap and return, push Group 1.

Round 2:  20 Hand Release Merkins, Bernie’s up the hill (backward run up), walk down, rinse and repeat until pushed. 25 Monkey Humpers IC together, run big lap and return, push Group 1.

Round 3:  20 Tempo Merkins together, sprint up hill, rinse and repeat until pushed. 5- Failure to launch (count down from 10 into Jump Tuck), run big lap, and return, push Group 1.

Round 4:  20 Ranger Merkins, Bear Crawl up, walk down.

Rinse and repeated, Omaha was called after Round 5.
