Message from the Q:

The Huffington Post polled 100 mental health professionals and found that communication problems were cited as the most common factor that leads to divorce (65 percent). They survey also found that men and women have different communication complaints. Seventy percent of the experts surveyed said that men cited nagging and complaining as the top communication problem in their marriage. Women’s top complaint was that their spouse doesn’t validate their opinions or feelings enough, according to 83 percent of experts.

Communication is an important skill to have, especially when committed in some form of a relationship with family members, coworkers, friends and significant others.

We tend to focus on the physical aspect of F3 but let’s not neglect some important life skills we gain by being in F3… and one of those skills is Communication.

Communication is vital in an organization. For F3, we need to do a pre blast, name a rama, backblast, Q’ing, pre-runs, rucking, hump day happy hour, coffeeteria…

But more importantly, finding ways to communicate with your M/significant other… that is essential for a successful partnership. Make sure you try to be patient and communicate well this weekend, gents.

Quotes by Tony Robbins : “To effectively communicate, we must realize that we are all different in the way we perceive the world and use this understanding as a guide to our communication with others.”

Oh man, you all are some crazy animals. Thank you for coming out this morning, gents. It warmed my heart to see dedicated individuals come together to better themselves physically and mentally… such a dynamic group of men. I’m YHC and it has been a pleasure to have seen you all in the gloom this morning. Stay warm!

Aye!

Othello.
