Mosey – The PAX moseyed to the Shakespeare on the Green area, just down the hill of the golf course, east side of UNO dormitories.
- Splitted the PAX into groups of 3 HIM with one pair of HIM.
- One HIM started at the cones on the north side while the other two remained at the cones on the south side.
- HIM at the cones did each exercise in AMRAP while one HIM (from the south side) traveled first to the north side to switch with that HIM.
- Rinse and repeat once they went through all the exercises.
Traveling between cones:
Cones workout, in AMRAP:
Carolina Dry Docks
Tunnel of Love:
- The PAX held a high plank while each HIM crawled through the Tunnel of Love.
Mosey – The PAX moseyed to the top of the hill on the golf course – held for the 6th in Al Gore. Then we moseyed back to the flags.

Message from the Q:
Embrace your weirdness.
This is what makes you unique and extraordinary.
Ultimately, as human beings, we are all weird.
You could be an effective leader if you choose to embrace your weirdness because you’re allowing yourself to be vulnerable and accessible for possible connections.
“Be daring, be different, be impractical, be anything that will assert integrity of purpose and imaginative vision against the play-it-safers, the creatures of the commonplace, the slaves of the ordinary…” – Cecil Beaton
Thanks for coming out this morning to the WOODSHED! I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season!
