COT. YHC shared a COT message that was taken from an article shared by Placebo.
The article focused on working in a start up culture. YHC read the article as it related to his new job, but felt that it related to F3Omaha. It used a metaphor that we are all familiar with: playing with Legos.
When a kid is playing with Legos, he has all the blocks to himself. When another kid wants to join him in playing with his legos, there can be a tendency for the first child to grab his legos and pull them all towards him, which prevents the new kid from joining. In an organization that is growing rapidly, and new people join – there can be this human reaction to pull all the legos away from the new people.
In F3, we must resist the temptation to be selfish with our legos. If we share, we are able to grow faster and build a more magnificent “lego castle.”

YHC ended the workout with a prayer. T-claps to the PAX!

Grace and Peace,

Wait Time.
