Q: Safe Ride

Safe Ride welcomed the PAX to F3 Omaha.  The Mission Statement and Disclaimer were given.  There was no further need to delay the beatdown.  Off we went!!

WARM-A-RAMA

The PAX moseyed down the hill at Memorial Park to Dodge Street.  Once at the location, the following exercises were performed:

1. SSH x 15 IC
2. Moroccan Nightclubs x 15 IC
3. Pickle Pushers x 15 IC
4. Monkey Humpers x 15 IC

THE THANG:

The PAX moseyed back up the hill to the main landing.  From there, each HIM was instructed to perform 52 reps (OYO) of each exercise.  Today was all about You vs. You.  Upon completion of each exercise the person was to run up and around the two sets of stairs.  The following exercises were performed:

MERKINS

SQUATS

DIPS

STEPUPS

SHOULDER TOUCHES

BIG BOY SITUPS

LUNGES

PLANK JACKS

AMERICAN HAMMERS

BURPEES

Safe Ride called Omaha at 6:05am.  T Claps to the HIM who completed the entire cycle and actually started to rinse and repeat.  Yowza!

MOM:

Since there was still some time to kill, Safe Ride had the PAX perform a little core.  The following exercises were performed:

1. Flutter Kicks x 15 IC
2. Marge & Homer
3. LBCs x 20 IC
4. American Hammers x 52 IC

COT:

Safe Ride’s theme for the beatdown was inspired by our brother, Waffle House.  According to a recent F3 instagram post, Waffle House is 52(ish).  That led Safe Ride to look at the B52 Bomber.  This aircraft has been in active service since the 1950s.  Moreover, the B52’s superior performance and high subsonic speeds has kept it in service over the years, despite the advent of more advanced aircraft. Same goes for the HIM of F3!

ANNOUNCEMENTS/PRAYERS:

TC provided the PAX an update on Waffle House.  Everyone was encouraged to check out the GoFundMe page and contribute if they can.  Major T Claps for passing the initial goal of $4k.  We’ve now set a new goal for twice that amount.  Let’s keep it going!!  It doesn’t matter if the contribution is big or small.  It just shows Waffle House that we’re thinking of him.

Safe Ride also gave a friendly reminder that The Colosseum starts August 27th at Westside High School.  The first beatdown may, or may not, be like today’s nonsense.  Are you not entertained???

The Plague took us out in prayer.

Go Carpe that Diem!!
