Brazilian dispensed with the formalities and thanked Biggie for pre-running as that was the only running that would occur. 
PAX did not mosey as that would entail running and warmed right where they stood.

The Thang:
Brazilian had four stations setup around the playground. The PAX numbered off into four groups and headed off. At each station there was a list of six exercises to be performed for time, not reps. The PAX did farmers carries between each station. 
Chest and Back:
Floor Press
Hammer Bent Over Row
Dumbbell Merkin
Reverse Bent Over Fly
Dumbbell Werkin
Plank Alternating Row
Curls For The Girls:
Curls
Tricep Extension
Hammer Curl
Bent OverTricep Kick Back
Spider Curl (Bend down and rest your elbows on your thighs, holding a dumbbell in each hand with arms straight. Curl the weights up, squeeze your biceps at the top, then lower back to the start under control.)
Dumbbell Diamond Merkin
Legs & Core:
Squat
Wood Chop (Stand holding a dumbbell in both hands to one side. Squat down then stand back up while raising the weight up and across your body until it’s above your shoulder. Reverse the movement. )
Straight Leg Deadlift 
Halo (Stand tall holding a dumbbell in both hands in front of your face. Raise it and move it around your head in a clockwise direction. Perform 5 reps and switch directions)
Goblet Squat
Dumbbell Crunch
Shoulders:
Overhead Press
Lateral Raise
Arnold Press
Upright Row
Front Raise
Shrug
The PAX spent 45 seconds on each exercise with 5 second breaks in between. After cycling through 1.5 times Brazilian called Omaha and everyone walked back for Mary. No running.

American Hammer: Ponzi lead us home with 77 less reps than he performed on Tuesday. 
COT:
Brazilian spoke about the importance of pursuing your enemy be it yourself, your ego, a vice, a competitor or a supervisor. Playing defense, accepting the status quo and hoping for the best will not lead to success. Every man has to pursue and defeat his enemy. Brazilian then effortlessly slipped into character and shared the following excerpt as if he were General George S. Patton himself:
I don’t want to get any messages saying. “I am holding my position.” We are not holding a goddamned thing. Let the Germans do that. We are advancing constantly and we are not interested in holding onto anything, except the enemy’s balls. We are going to twist his balls and kick the living shit out of him all of the time. Our basic plan of operation is to advance and to keep on advancing regardless of whether we have to go over, under or through our enemy.
